You only need to provide the overall product dimensions and the required active area.

A segmented E-paper display uses predefined display areas that switch between black and white. These dynamic E-paper areas are combined with full-color printed graphics, battery-powered electronics, and a custom retail structure to create a complete E-paper advertising display.

Selected E-paper segments switch according to a pre-programmed sequence, allowing words, icons, arrows, prices, product benefits, or promotional messages to appear, disappear, or alternate. The entire display does not need to be animated. In most cases, changing only the most important areas creates a clear and attention-grabbing visual effect.

The dynamic display areas use black-and-white segmented E-paper. Brand colors, product images, backgrounds, and detailed graphics are presented through a full-color printed overlay. The printed artwork and E-paper animation are designed together as one complete visual system.

Yes. The controller supports multiple pre-programmed display frames that cycle automatically. The content, dynamic areas, playback sequence, and switching intervals are defined during product development. The product does not include a button for manually switching between display modes.

The standard product uses content that is programmed before delivery. It does not support arbitrary image uploads through USB, nor does it support Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, or cloud-based content updates. All dynamic areas and display frames must be developed before production according to the customer-approved artwork.

Yes. E-paper uses reflective display technology and does not rely on a conventional backlight, making it suitable for brightly lit stores and retail shelf environments. Final visibility also depends on the contrast of the printed overlay, viewing distance, installation angle, and artwork design.

We currently do not offer products in fixed standard sizes. Every E-paper POP display is custom-developed according to the customer's artwork, product dimensions, retail placement, dynamic display areas, and structural requirements.

Yes. The product outline, E-paper shape, dynamic segments, printed overlay, clips, brackets, stands, acrylic housing, paperboard structure, and packaging can all be customized. Technical feasibility is confirmed before sample production.

Installation options may include shelf clips, brackets, stands, adhesive structures, acrylic housings, and paperboard supports. The recommended installation method depends on the shelf structure, available space, viewing angle, product access, and the space required for battery replacement.

We recommend providing vector artwork in AI, EPS, or editable PDF format. Customers may also provide high-resolution product images, logos, promotional text, brand guidelines, shelf photos, and instructions for the required animation sequence.

Yes. The product uses replaceable CR2450 coin-cell batteries, and the required batteries are included with the finished product. The battery compartment and access space are considered during structural design to make future battery replacement convenient.

Yes. CR2450 batteries should be collected and recycled in accordance with local battery recycling regulations. They should not be disposed of with general household waste.

Battery life depends on the number and size of the dynamic segments, animation speed, switching frequency, daily operating time, controller settings, and environmental conditions. Once the animation and electronic configuration have been confirmed, we can provide an estimated battery life for the specific project. Under continuous operation, the batteries can typically last for approximately one year.

The specified operating temperature is 0°C to 50°C. Product performance cannot be guaranteed outside this temperature range. Any special storage, transportation, humidity, or retail environment requirements should be discussed before production.

Yes. We recommend producing and approving a physical sample before mass production. The sample allows the customer to verify the product dimensions, printed artwork, animation sequence, viewing effect, installation structure, battery access, and packaging solution.

The minimum order quantity is 200 units.

Sample production normally takes 1–2 weeks after the artwork, product structure, animation requirements, and other project details have been confirmed.

Mass production normally takes 6–8 weeks, depending on the order quantity, materials, product structure, electronic components, packaging requirements, and customization complexity.
